Plans and implements policies, programs, and projects that monitor,
maintain, repair, and improve our structures and grounds. We do this
with respect for the human, financial and natural resources needed to
accomplish our goals. Some specific tasks include maintaining lawn
equipment, contracting with professionals to provide services, and
conducting annual inspections with governmental agencies.
