Committee Mission / Purpose:
Working with the Treasurer, provide overall Financial management /
oversight of UUCY monies including but not limited to: Pledges, Grants,
Fund Raisers, Memorial & Endowment Funds, Payroll & Associated
Taxes, Mortgages, etc. Additionally, the committee develops &
implements applicable fiscal policies & procedures. The committee
and board continue to grapple with how to better manage the increasing
accounting system demands on our treasurer to tabulate receipts, keep
the books, and write checks for payroll, taxes, utilities, mortgage,
and various goods and services that it takes to make our programs run.
