We begin with a check in centered around a sharing of any new thoughts or experiences with solitude during the previous month. The group is open to all that identify as women. The new topic for discussion will be times of transitions in women's lives. Those who identify as women are welcome to our meeting, to take place in the Carriage House Parlor. Shared treats are welcome, and childcare is not offered.

Experience mindfulness through calming and insight meditation. This group is a safe and supportive community for practice, in the space of our beautiful Sunroom and Grounds.
No experience required, we are inclusive of all faith based backgrounds, and comfortable seating provided.
